Third apartment phase at Newinbosch with 133 homes across five connected blocks, from studios to penthouses, with its own pool and shared outdoor spaces. Barn-form architecture with rammed-earth features made from the site's own soil.

Phased refurbishment of conference venues and a restaurant at an operating branded hotel in Stellenbosch, sequenced so rooms and the second restaurant trade throughout.
Mar 2025 – May 2026
A 7 400 m² neighbourhood convenience centre of 30 shops at the northern entrance to Stellenbosch, anchored by two national retailers. Completed Mid 2026.
Purpose-built student residence in Durbanville. Shared apartments, study and social spaces, and secure perimeter. Phase 1 for the 2027 academic year.

The first of five planned apartment buildings at Newinbosch, 136 units from studios to penthouses over a ground floor of seven retail and two office units that now serve as the neighbourhood hub. Sold out within six months of launch.
Nov 2024 – Mar 2026
Second apartment building at Newinbosch: 135 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, named after the indigenous African holly. EDGE Advanced certified.

Reconstruction of a fire-damaged national institutional building in the Cape Town CBD — precision demolition, new structural foundations and a full rebuild within a heritage-controlled, live and secured precinct.
Started Aug 2022
A 48 ha mixed-use neighbourhood on the former Cloetesdal wine farm at Stellenbosch's northern entrance — around 1 300 homes and apartments, schools, retail and shared amenities delivered in phases. Raubex Building is development partner and main contractor. Africa's first 6-Star Green Star Sustainable Precinct.
