What we build

Six sectors. One way of working.

All services

Group scale, local footing

A new name.
Not a new team.

Raubex Building Cape brings together the people, systems and supply chain that have delivered Raubex Building's Western Cape work — under a company that is run from here.

  • 01

    Local

Decisions are made in Stellenbosch by the people running your site — not routed through a head office two provinces away.

  • 02

    Backed

Raubex Building's systems, procurement network and plant, with the governance of a group listed on the JSE since 2007.

  • 03

    Proven

A team that has delivered residential, commercial and institutional projects in the Western Cape under the Raubex Building name.

How we deliver

From tender to the day we hand over the keys.

Site wireframe · Decorative

  1. 01

    Tender & pre-construction

We price what we'll build. Buildability reviews, an honest programme and a procurement plan before the first pour.

  2. 02

    Mobilise

Site establishment, the safety file, subcontractor onboarding and a baseline programme everyone has signed.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly programme and cost reporting. Hold-point inspections per trade. Problems raised early, not at practical completion.

  4. 04

Hand over & stand behind it

A short snag list, complete close-out documentation, and a defects period during which we still answer the phone.

What we hold ourselves to

Safety, quality, and straight numbers.

  • Safety is planned, not policed.

Every site starts with a risk assessment, a safety file and a method statement in line with the Construction Regulations — before anyone breaks ground.

  • Quality has hold points.

Inspection and test plans per trade. Nothing gets covered up before it has been checked and signed off.

  • Cost and programme, reported weekly.

You see the same numbers we do — progress against programme, cost against budget, and what changed.

  • Local first.

Western Cape subcontractors and suppliers wherever the work allows, with skills development on every project.

  • Environmental management on every site.

Dust, storm-water, noise and waste are managed to plan, not to complaints.

  • If a promise on this page is not being kept on your site, call us. That is what the local footing is for.
