Add a third clip only after swapping a placeholder for RBC footage hosted on Mux (streamed, not in `public/`). ## Budget notes - **Stills vs. the two budgets.** The sourcing brief allowed ≤ 450 KB (460,800 B) per still; every still is under that. `spec-media.md` §Media kit asks for ≤ 400 KB. Five stills sit between the two figures: `aerial-housing` (460,194), `landscape-cape` (438,546), `workers-ppe` (422,460), `concrete-rebar` (422,137), `night-site` (407,673). If the tighter figure is enforced, re-fetch with `q=60` (Unsplash) or `w=1600` — the re-fetch recipe is below. - **Video resolution.** 960×540 was the only rendition of this clip under 8 MB: 1280×720 @ 60 fps is 9,293,838 B and 1920×1080 is 17,999,462 B. A short ffmpeg pass (`ffmpeg -i in.mp4 -t 15 -an -c:v libx264 -crf 24 -vf scale=1280:-2 hero.mp4`) would trim it to the spec's 10–20 s loop, drop the audio track and very likely fit the 720p source under 8 MB. ffmpeg was not available on the sourcing machine, so this is left for the build. - **Video duration** (24.1 s) exceeds the spec's 10–20 s. It loops acceptably as-is (continuous slow drone push), but see the trim above. - **Audio.** The clip carries an AAC track. `
